Tarr of Ruskie, Par. of Port of Menteith, PER, SCT

rightly or wrongly, my working assumption is that Tar(r) / Tarr() of Ruskie appears on modern maps as Lower Tarr (with Little Tarr on Google being Upper Tarr). I have also geo-coded Tarr to the same coordinates, although I suspect that is a more general historical area???
