SARS7 quotes "On August 15 1841 William SINTON, Townhead, Jedburgh died aged 63."8,6,9 He was buried with Isabella Scott in the Jedburgh Abbey Grounds, Jedburgh, ROX, SCT, H/stone: 299 William Sinton, road maker Jedburgh d 12.8.1841 63 w Isabella Scott d 10.4.1849 70 James Sinton. Margaret says 1805.
SARS couldn't search Jedburgh for marriage as no records exist 1772 to 1821.
Many trees say Hawick but Jedburgh seems more likely.
