BMDB data

Samuel Andrews was born on 25 Sep 1805 Kingsbury Episcopi, SOM, ENG.2,4 He was baptized on 27 Jul 1806 at the Middle Lambrook Indep., Kingsbury Episcopi, SOM, ENG.5
Samuel Andrews married Mary Richards on 14 Sep 1824 Pitney, SOM, ENG, Wit: William PERREM, George VIGAR; Mary didn't sign; Both of Pitney.6
Samuel Andrews died on 30 Jun 1856 Pitney, SOM, at age 50; Pitney burials show he was killed 1 Jul by a hay waggon, which is verified by newspaper reports, apart from the date:
"A fatal accident happened on Monday ,the 30th ult., to a man of Pitney, names Samuel ANDREWS. He was riding in an empty waggon and reaching over instead of alighting to adjust the harness, he fell to the ground, and the wheels passed over his body. He arose and walked a few paces as if unhurt, but then dropt down and expired."4,7,8 He was buried on 4 Jul 1856 Pitney, Dist of Langton, SOM, ENG, aged 51, killed by hay wagon 1 Jul.7
Some trees show this Samuel as the son of James & Hester (SHOEMAKER) ANDREWS instead.
Both Thomas and James have sons Samuel, of an age, but as this Samuel is found at Pitney, in a census neighbouring Thomas, and as Thomas' children from 1803 to 1807 were baptized at Kingsbury, then those from 1815 to 1817 at Pitney, it seems more likely to me that the Samuel married to Mary RICHARDS belongs to Thomas & Rosanna instead.9

E. & O. E. Some/most parish records are rather hard to read and names, places hard to interpret, particularly if you are unfamiliar with an area.
