John was formerly here as James as per the MI transcription, but the stone apparently reads John.
With great grandson Henry's children being baptized at the Gateshaw Sessions, a possible relationship to the other families baptized there is being explored, particularly as Henry was in Quebec around the same time as James & Christian (OUTERSON) RICHARDSON (1832).
To help prove this theory, it would be very useful, in the absence of a paper trail, to find living direct male line RICHARDSON descendants of James & Isabel's who are interested enough in their RICHARDSON history to join the RICHARDSON DNA project to see if we get a match with the descendants of James & Christian (OUTERSON) RICHARDSON, and William of Pringlestead (we already have a dna match between these two lines).
