William McEwan baptized St Ninians 1736, the son of William McEwan and Margaret Gray who later moved to Kincardine and William McEwan having children with Janet Ferguson in Kincardine (Ochtertyre for at least one) from 1762 to 1782 in 1736 are possibly the same person.²
